Shipping policy
Delivery will be on the stated delivery days. However if the stated delivery days / times are not suitable for you, contact us to organise / reschedule alternative delivery option.
We will contact you prior to delivery day to ensure that you are reminded of your upcoming delivery & are aware of the time slot when to expect your order to be dropped off.
On the occasion that you are not home/at the given premises' address, we will attempt to contact you via mobile (the given contact number that was provided to us by the customer). If the customer does not answer, a voicemail will be left and/or text message.
Your order will be left at the premises unattended. PLEASE NOTE. Some products will spoil if left out of the freezer for a certain amount of time. Hot weather and heat will only minimise the time needed to begin defrosting and spoilage on selected products.
