Humble beginnings
How it began..
Working non-stop all hours of the day and night to fulfill orders. Our home-based commercial kitchen used to be my play room as a kid. Funny how things turned out. During the 5 years from working at home, I spent more time in that room making pasta than what I did playing with toys during my whole childhood.
Like Nonna's. But Nick's.
Our Philosophy
In 2013 I was 12 years old when I lost my Nonna due to Cancer. Finding no other cooking like hers, I thought that it would be best to learn for myself. Our business motto is simple. Making products that are good enough to be the next best thing, second to Nonna's cooking of course. Bringing back the nostalgia and traditonal way of making good food without the shortcuts.
