Refund policy

Your order may be refunded if:

The item is "out of date" when distributed to the customer - on the day of your delivery.

However, we will REPLACE your item/s if there is an issue that is not the fault of the customer. And deliver it FREE OF CHARGE. 

Items/products will not be replaced if the customer is at fault, in terms of not reading the cooking instructions on the product's packaging. PLEASE READ LABEL PRIOR TO COOKING.
